Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Future Football (“the Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Game.
Account Registration and Authentication To access online or multiplayer features, you may be required to create an in-game account.
When registering an account, we collect:

A password created specifically for the Game
We do not request, access, or store your email account password.
Account credentials are securely stored and managed using PlayFab services. Passwords are encrypted and handled in accordance with industry security standards.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
License to Use the Game We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
This license may be revoked at any time if you violate these Terms.
Age Restrictions The Game is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
If you are between 13 and 16 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Game where required by law.
By using the Game, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirements. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this policy.
User Conduct You agree that you will not:
Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or unauthorized third-party software
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Game
Use the Game for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other users
Distribute malware, engage in phishing, or attempt to compromise security
Interfere with or disrupt the Game or its services
In-App Purchases and Virtual Items The Game may offer in-app purchases, including virtual currency, items, or subscriptions.
Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Payments are subject to the respective platform’s terms and payment processing
We do not handle or store payment card details
Virtual currency and virtual items:
Have no real-world monetary value
Cannot be exchanged for real money
Are non-transferable unless explicitly stated
Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable app store’s refund policies and applicable law.
Advertising The Game may display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements that grant in-game benefits when voluntarily viewed.
Advertisements are provided by third-party advertising partners and may use device or contextual information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Privacy and Data Protection Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and other applicable data protection laws.
Intellectual Property The Game and all related content, including but not limited to graphics, sounds, music, text, and code, are owned by Vortexia Interactive or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Consumer Rights (UK / EU) For UK and EU consumers, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
If you are an EU consumer, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, subject to applicable legal exceptions once performance has begun.
Disclaimer of Warranties Subject to your statutory rights, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.
Third-Party Services The Game uses third-party services, including PlayFab, Unity Technologies, advertising providers, and platform services, to operate online features, analytics, and advertising.
Your use of these services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Platform Terms (Apple & Google) The Game is provided independently by Vortexia Interactive and is not affiliated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
Apple and Google:
Are not responsible for the Game’s content, maintenance, or support
Have no warranty obligations beyond potential refunds under their policies
Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game:
Immediately for material breaches of these Terms
With reasonable notice for non-material breaches
To comply with legal obligations
Upon termination, your license to use the Game ends immediately.
Dispute Resolution UK and EU consumers may:
Use applicable Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms
Access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform
Pursue claims through their local courts
Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time.
For material changes:
We will provide reasonable notice (at least 30 days where required)
Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance
You may stop using the Game if you do not agree
Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights to bring claims in your local jurisdiction.
Severability If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
